❓ How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also contact us at contact@seelaunchllc.com.
❓ What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return.
❓ How are plants packaged for shipping?
All plants are carefully wrapped in biodegradable packaging with moisture-retaining material. They are marked "Live Plants — This Side Up".
❓ Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the USA. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our newsletter to be notified.
❓ What if my plant arrives damaged?
Take a photo immediately and email us within 48 hours at contact@seelaunchllc.com. We will send a replacement or full refund.
❓ How do I use the AI Plant Doctor?
Go to AI Tools → Plant Doctor, upload a photo of your plant or describe the problem, then click "Diagnose plant". Our AI will identify issues and suggest treatments.
❓ Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through SureCart and Stripe. We never store your card details.
❓ How do I cancel a subscription?
You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your account dashboard, or contact us at contact@seelaunchllc.com.
